Looking for a home is difficult. Trying to find one in a high profile area like Malibu is even harder. While most realtors only have listings given out to the general public, I also use pocket listings which give me an inside edge. Pocket listings are not intended for the general public and having this information lets me pass on an insider’s knowledge to you.
Pocket listings differ from other listings. A pocket listing is an agreement between the seller and myself that allows me to have exclusive rights to certain properties. Usually these properties are given only to me so I’m truly able to show you all available homes. I take pride in my ability to find listings for clients that may be “under the radar” and find them the perfect home.
An exclusive right to a property also means I’m able to show the property only to serious buyers and give you a lower price. By searching homes that are open to all agents and ones that are specifically my listings I’m able to create an exhaustive home search for you that makes sure I find you the right home.
I want your home buying experience to be a good one. Too many real estate agents lose sight that the home they help find is going to be where you live. I never have. I want to make sure every client finds the right home for them so I use every option available to me to make sure they do.
