Rare Malibu Road Townhouse

There are a few reasons why I think this is such a great property. First is simple,It's on Malibu Road. Malibu Road is worth it's wait in gold. It is one of the oldest streches of beach homes in Malibu and one of if not the most valuable. I would say there are more beach front properties sold on Malibu Road than any other beach in Malibu. There are a few different sections of Malibu Road. Some better than others. We make this distinction based on how deep the lot is and how much beach you have in front of your house. This property just happens to sit in one of the better parts of Malibu Road with alot of sandy beach in front.
