One of the Best Deals on the West Side!

This house to me is one of the best deals on the west side of Malibu. This is actually the neighborhood I live in so I am extra familiar with the property and the neighborhood. What makes this property great is, what you are getting for the price. The house is in excellent condition. It is original but it looks like it probably did the day the owner's moved in. It also has a fantastic view overlooking Broad Beach and Zuma beach. In Malibu I don't know where else you can get a view like this with a pool for under $3 Million. Also all the houses in this neighborhood come with exclusive beach rights to Malibu West Swim Club which is located at the begining of Broad Beach. This beach club is private and only used by the homeowner's of Malibu West. I know that within the next year or so these houses on this section of Trancas Canyon will be at and over $3 Million, thats why I think this is one of the best deals in Malibu.
